Aims and Objectives
- To promote Friendship between Circlers locally, nationally and internationally
- To be Non-Political and Non Sectarian
- To participate whenever possible and desirable in social charitable services
- To support and be in good relation with Round Table
- To assist Round Table upon charitable social functions and activities
- To promote the extension of Circles throughout Lithuania
